Drop Ship Fulfillment Agreement / SPORT CARD CREATIONS, INC.
All distributors will be required to provide a signed terms and conditions agreement, fulfillment agreement, and credit card authorization form before any shipments will be made.
Payment options:Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, are the only accepted payment terms. Net terms are not available You will be charged wholesale pricing for products plus exact shipping charges.Each order there will be an added handling fee of $1.95 which has been determined by the operational needs of processing your fulfillment business. You are responsible for this charge for every order shipped on your behalf.
Ordering: All orders will be fulfilled under your account, which has been assigned to you at the time of your registration. Every attempt will be made to ship orders that are received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on normal business days on the same or next day that the order is received contingent upon availability of resources to fill your order. There will be no refunds for freight charges or handling fees due to delayed shipping. We will accept fax and email orders. No telephone orders will be accepted for fulfillment customers. All orders must include a PO number, ship-to name, and address for drop shipping purposes. Each order will be sent direct to your customer, as per your ordering instructions. All packing material will represent your and our company's information or a generic style, as if you were processing the order yourself.
Shipping: Orders will be shipped via UPS standard ground service Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day delivery can also be selected. Orders shipped to a PO box will be by USPS. Orders will ship from Natick, MA 01760. International orders are not accepted.
Sport Card Creations, Inc. ships orders to the 48 Contiguous States only. We will ship to Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico for an extra handling fee of $5.00, this will be over any other freight and shipping charges.Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico must ship via 2nd Day Air.Orders shipping to Canada can ship all methods but CANNOT be sent blind. Due to the Homeland Security measures, these orders must have Sport Card Creations, Inc. name and address on the return label.Orders shipping to APO/FPO can only ship via United States Postal Service and require Sport Card Creations, Inc. name and address on the return label.
Sport Card Creations, Inc. can ship United States Postal Service at your request but will only do so at your request. Shipments sent via United States Postal Service are uninsured and tracking is not provided. All losses are your sole responsibility and we discourage all distributors from using this service for drop shipping.
Backorders/Substitutions: Backorders will be shipped automatically upon receipt of goods.
Cancellations: Requests for cancellation of orders must be phoned in to the Sport Card Creations, Inc. head office. Without a confirmation from Sport Card Creations, Inc. that the order has been cancelled, you are still responsible for payment of the invoice, including any handling fees and shipping charges. Orders can only be cancelled if they are on backorder. If a problem exists on an order, it will be cancelled 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue.
Returns: All returns require a Return Goods Authorization Number issued by an authorized Sport Card Creations, Inc. representative. Product returned without this authorization will be refused. At our discretion, all non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee within 90 days of purchase. Handling fees and freight charges will not be refunded. Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging. Defective product can be returned to Sport Card Creations, Inc. within 30 days of sale. Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account for merchandise costs, and you are responsible for handling the transaction with your customer.
All returns must be returned to Sport Card Creations, Inc. freight PREPAID regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without freight expense or a handling fee to the customer. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days after sale, regardless of reason.
Refusals: You are responsible for all freight charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise less a 10% restocking fee. Freight charges and handling fees will not be refunded on refused orders.
Damages: Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment has been released from Sport Card Creations, Inc. You are responsible for making damage claims with the carrier as soon as the damage is detected. All packaging must be saved for inspection by the carrier. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Accounting: All invoices/orders are to be paid at the time of purchase. You will be responsible for collecting payment from the consumer, as we will not directly bill any of your customers. We will billed when you have shipped the order.No shipments will be made on any account that has become delinquent

We will provide pictures for your website at your request. You will be responsible for adding images to your site.
